Tara has a unique ability to make you rethink your position without ever being contrived. On numerous occasions she forced me to look at campaigns in a manner I had not previously considered. Her talent is multidimensional. From marketing, to algorithm development she is always on point. 

working with Tara was always fun and never dull. I loved my friend from across the pond for her insightful and humorous way that made being in stressful setting that much more enjoyable 

anyone who knows Tara is aware that she is one tough cookie. You quickly learn not to try to pull anything over on her. She will call you out and deservedly so. The incredible thing about her though is that she’s usually correct. As annoying as that can be you are grateful for the multitude of benefits and talents she provides.

In 2001 we were in the middle of filming Nicholas Nickleby in London. I was the costume designer and we ran into multiple issues with certain textiles. I contacted the offices where Tara worked to see if they had any quick solutions. Within 3 hours she had arranged for one of their suppliers to provide us with multiple options. She continued to assist me with styling and logistical issues for the following 6 months. Great under pressure and a true problem solver
